Thanks for all the responses:

In regards to your e-mail all of our entrees are gluten free other than the
fish dishes that are prepared fracais style.

I ate at the one in Troy, MI while at the hotel for a conference. The chef
there was just amazing, working with me all weekend to accomodate my celiac
needs. While I didn't have to do anything special at Shulas, it seemed
pretty easy to come up with gluten free offerings. I was informed that
steak seasonings were fine. I had a petite filet if i recall and steamed
veggies and a few bites off of my partner's twice baked potato. They all
were fine but I honestly thought that the food was overpriced for what it
was. Plus the menu was on a football. I swear I thought it was a joke at
first! And then they bring out the meats, raw, on a platter for you to
observe. That sort of grossed me out. I wouldn't go back there again just
because I didn't feel it was a good buy but the Troy Marriot's chef was a
wonderful man!
