Dear Listmates -
I have no financial interest in this company:

I was fishing around for supplements that do not contain cellulose, since I take a lot of supplements and find all that cellulose a little hard on my digestive system (the cellulose is usually from trees and not that easy to digest), although gluten-free.

I came across the Life Extension website, www.lifeextension.com
and found the two products I wanted, with ingredients stating gluten-free, and that use rice flour instead of cellulose for the filler.

On their home page, if you look at it awhile (upper left part of home page), the blurb/article pictured changes. One of those articles is about people with Celiac Disease having higher levels of homocysteine, making us at risk for heart problems, and that taking a B-vitamin a day lowers homocysteine levels.

I find that very interesting. There are many, many brands of B-complex vitamin supplements. Sounds like it is worth taking one.
