Good resources to find out whether your over-the-counter
medications and prescriptions are gluten free.

An excellent publication is "Celiac Disease: A Guide Through the
Medicine Cabinet" available from Marcia Milazzo (her late husband was
former owner of Stokes Pharmacy). New updated 2003 edition is more than
twice the size of the previous version and is based entirely on
information received directly from the manufacturers. Price: $39.00
each plus $6.00 shipping. Send your check for the full amount to Marcia
Milazzo, P.O. Box 1306, Medford, NJ 08055.

Check out the only free drug information web site compiled by
Steve Plogsted, who has a Ph.D. in pharmacology and runs the web site,
www.glutenfreedrugs.com .
