My gastroenterologist advised to try oats for determination as to my
tolerance 3 yrs. ago. Since then I have been breakfasting with Barbara's
Oats plus Arrowhead Mills oat bran. Has greatly improved my fiber intake and
lowered my cholesterol with no celiac side effects. Plus all my endoscopies
have been negative.

Special note: This might not work for you. Only try it with physician's
recommendations. However, it is most important that you read labels as to
ingredients. We noticed that many so-called oat cereals have ingredients
that a celiac must avoid (wheat products, etc.)
