Dear Listmates -
I just got off the phone with Smithfield.
Their contact information is at
<http://www.smithfieldfoods.com/contact/index.html>

Smithfield hams that have no flavoring, no honey glaze, no BBQ coating
or sauce are GF. Be sure to check ingredients. Only the plain hams are GF.

Smithfield lean generation pork, again, the plain pork, is GF.

There is gluten in their pre-cooked entries, their charbroil hamburger
patties, cheeseburger patties, and bacon cheeseburger patties.

In other words, only the plain, unglazed ham (not BBQ or honey glazed or
otherwise flavored) and plain pork is OK.
Vicki
