As the evenings become cooler, it is the perfect time for Cali Oven Baked Stew. Check out this recipe at: http://www.califinefoods.com/soups.html. Take a look at the other delicious recipes while you're there.

If you were at the Greater Chicago CSA/POCA food fair this weekend, you probably tried a spread at our booth made with Spicy Fiesta. At that time, the recipe was not on our website. The Spicy Cheese Spread recipe can now be found at: http://www.califinefoods.com/snacks.html. Spicy Cheese Spread is absolutely delicious on GF tortilla chips.

"Just add Cali" to make those holiday meals special. Our products are manufactured in a facility free of gluten, lactose, yeast, nuts, MSG, and all preservatives. Order online, by phone, or by mail.

Hope to see you at the following events:

Nov. 3 - Columbus, OH Children's Hospital Celiac Conference and GF Food Fair
Dec. 8 - GF Food Fair, Clinton Frame Mennonite Church, Goshen, IN

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
