Now`s the time to check out your local supermarkets (Shop-Rite and Pathmark in
N.J.) for the half price after Passover Sales of Gruenbaum`s,Schick`s and
Oberlander`s  etc.gluten-free cakes and cookies. This is a once in a year
opportunity for all of us on the gluten-free diet to feel like a kid in a
candystore.

(Please be alert that other products should be checked for MATZO cake flour
which CONTAINS WHEAT and should be avoided)

I wish that we would be able to obtain them at other times,but they will
probably go back to using wheat flour in their baking now that Passover is
over.

Oh well, we can always look forward to next year.
