Hi,

I'm new to this life and am looking for the best tasting flour 
combination for both cookies and waffles.  I currently have the following:

flours:  buckwheat, brown rice, tapioca
xanthan gum
corn starch.

Can someone let me know what has worked for them?  Do I need to go out 
and buy additional flours?

I appreciate it!
