Occasionally everyone ingests some gluten, either accidentally or through
their own free choice.

Some celiacs react immediately when this happens, some react in a day or
two and others do not have any reaction.

Why do celiacs have so wide a reaction to gluten -- is it due to each
individuals immune system -- is one more sensitive to gluten than
another -- or is there another explanation???
