Gluten-Free Baking 101

Are you on a gluten-free diet? Then this is the class for you!
Elizabeth Barbone, author of "Easy Gluten-Free Baking," will be
showing you how to make gluten-free food that tastes great! During the
class you will learn how to prepare Banana Muffins, Chocolate Chip
Cookies, and a delicious Chocolate Cake. In addition, Elizabeth will
talk about the basics of gluten-free flours and how to stock your
gluten-free kitchen.
