A few weeks ago I posted a question about Jackson, WY and Yellowstone.  I
was remiss in posting a summary, but wanted to do so now and will first
include my own feedback from my trip.

Yellowstone itself had several gluten free options.  They offer a boxed
lunch if you will be touring all day that has a gluten free wrap (I did not
purchase this).  They also had gluten free dining options in both the Old
Faithful Inn and Lake Yellowstone Hotel.  (I had gf pasta in both of those
restaurants and was pleased with the meal, they also had an antelope (or
elk?) sausage at the Old Faithful Inn that was good and gf).  In Grand Teton
National Park, Signal Mountain Lodge offered gluten free menus for all meals
and was very accommodating.  We stayed at a small ranch outside of Jackson
called Flat Creek Ranch for three days and the chef did a wonderful job of
making gluten free meals for me (many of which were served to all of the
guests as he tried to integrate naturally gluten free foods like quinoa and
corn based items).

Some other input I received:

In Jackson, the Calico Italian restaurant was great.  It is on Teton Village
Road.  They were knowledgeable and the food was great.



Jackson also has a large Albertson's and an organic grocery store (Jackson
Whole Grocer).



I stayed at Shoshone lodge just outside the east entrance of Yellowstone
great food and they handle the gf diet great lovely place to stay individual
cabins.



A few years ago we stayed at the Jackson Lake Lodge and ate in the
restaurant (open to the public), very good and NO problems with gluten.

The bison  steak is most excellent.
