Hi! Thanks for al of your prompt and helpful responses. For most everyone
the answer was yes, vomiting  is a typical reaction. As for those who
wondered why she ate it in the first place, she is only three and still
learning. Also, her head teacher who I feel she trusts, was absent on the
day it happened. Also, yes the preschool is aware of her disease and even
more so now since she vomited while still at school. Thanks again for all
your responses and words of advice.
