Fiber:

Most frequently recommended was Acacia said to be mild and easy to
tolerate. I ordered online at www.helpforibs.com and it arrived in 2
days (will probably try it later today or tomorrow.)

Small piece of senna crushed in yogurt (never a whole pill). Another
person takes Ex-Lax, a form of Senna.

Chia seeds

Yellow lentils frozen in ice cube trays and eat small amt daily

Foods--squashes, prune juice, sweet potatoes, baked apples

Fiber-con

Citracel

Look at www.renewlife.com for products

Other information:

L-Glutamine helps heal gut

Paleo Diet

One woman had a health picture similar to mine and it turns out that
she has Lyme Disease from a tic bite that occurred 10 years prior to
diagnosis. I was bit as a child so am having blood tests for Lyme
Disease next week.

I hope that this information is of help to some of you.

Thanks again.

Sue
