I am posting this on behalf of a mom with a newly diagnosed celiac infant.
The infant is almost one year old, and has been nursed the from birth.  3 weeks
ago the infant was diagnosed with celiac disease, and now mom wants to know
if she needs to avoid gluten while nursing the baby, so as not to pass on
gluten through the breastmilk.  What have people been told to do in this situation?
