Hi Joanne - I'm finally reading posts to Celiac Listserve of about three
weeks ago, and I came upon your query re bone pain. I too had
experienced it, and still do from time to time, especially when I'm
having reactions. What helps it tremendously is to take one extra
Calcium supplement pill that day, making sure that I maintain the right
proportion of 2 parts calcium to one part magnesium . The calcium I'm
taking has been recommended by my chiropractor and literature as being
one of the most absorbent natural calcium available - it is Calcium
Apatite (Microcrystaline Hydroxyapatite Concentrate) with Boron made by
Metagenics. I've been taking this for the past year without problem. I
take around 1,500 mg elemental calcium derived from this product daily.

I think I'll also share this post with the group, as there have been
many references made to bone pain, calcium supplements, and such. I
have no vested interest in this product... and also no valid scientific
data of its efficacy... only my own positive anectodal experience.
