Hi,
Stupidly ate some wheat starch - newly diagnosed and just figured they
were safe.  Anyway, I seem to be having the reaction now; about 36 hours
after eating it.  Is everyone different in the amount of time it takes?
From reading the list most people seem to have a reaction a few hours
after or the next morning.

Second, is Borden Cremora Royale powdered non-dairy creamer safe?  I
thought I had read a few days ago that it was safe.  It does have mono
and diglycerides on the label and those ingredients puzzle me.  What are
they?  Are they safe in liquid substances and not dry?  Any help would
be greatly appreciated.  Maybe that is sending me over the top too.
