Hi everyone. Thanks so much for your responses. Here is what I learned,
both from your emails and from calling companies myself:

GF cheeses:

Bordens cheese slices
Kroger cottage cheese
Walmart brand cottage cheese
All friendship products except the flavored sour creams
NuTofu tofu cheese
Country Fresh cottage cheese

Comments
--"CSA contends that processed cheeses are suspect. Why not a good GF
cheddar sliced cheese? "

Soy milks
--Westsoy nonfat line, lite line, and plus line are all gf. Yay! I called
the company this week, so this is up to date. However, Westsoy 100% organic
original and Westsoy lowfat soy drink that comes in the blue box are NOT gf.

--Hearty Life powders- Previously, all kinds EXCEPT vanilla were gf.
However, this week, a new recipe of the vanilla flavor is coming out, and
then all hearty Life soy milk powders will be gf.

--Genisoy soy protein drinks- Janet Gahagen has been using them with no
problem for protein shakes

-- All Silk brand soymilks are gf. They didn't used to be, but they are
now.

Hope this is helpful!
