I often got gluten and soy ingestion when eating out. It was so
frustrating that I didn't even want to go out with friends and relatives.
Someone put a great tip out that has helped so much, that I want to share
it with those who may have missed it. Ask the chef to put aluminum foil
on the grill before cooking meat. Since I have done this, I have not had
one problem eating out, when before it was almost 90 percent sure of
getting poisoned. I am sure the soy connection intensified the reaction,
since everyone uses soy oil to cook with, but I am sure gluten also
sticks to the grill. Hope this helps someone. Carol in NJ
