Well, a whole bag of Oreos might do me in, but I too don't seem to have the
immediate reaction. I posted my test with a single Triscuit cracker some
time ago looking for company. No response then.

I think there are a lot of us without the strong, immediate flow of
digestive juices that apparently lead to nausea. Given how little is known
about the mechanisms that lead in the celiac from gluten to 1) nausea &
related, 2) the villi destruction and 3) the cancer years later, I don't
assume this lack of sensitivity to one means I'm also safe on the others.
The conservative thing to do is to assume your sensitivities to the others
are those poorly defined ones for whatever small sample of celiacs has
been tested for each. There is no evidence for a single mechanism leading
from wheat to each of these three reactions in time order.

How much company in minimal sensitivity to the immediate reactions do
Leanne and I have?

That Triscuit test --one cracker has 3/7 gram of wheat protein, the only
protein) so as per Don Kasarda 80% of that gluten or about 0.34 grams of
gluten. Recall, again according to Don that 0.1 grams per day for a month
did show up in intestinal biopsies in abut half of the celiacs when taken
for a month. So I'm insensitive enough to worry about what I eat.
