The verdict on canola oil was split just about down the middle.  Some
have problems with it and some do not.  I evidently do not since I have
been eating Pamelas Cookies for the last two years and they just
recently changed from using Canola oil.  For cooking I prefer olive oil.

As far as prepackaged foods go I am fortunate, and have not had any
problem.  Of those who have problems most say it is a contamination
problem.  This is due to the rotation of crops from rap seed  to wheat
and back.  Thanks for all your response at least now I know what all the
