I have been experiencing unexplained itching on and off for the past few
months, and the docs don't seem to have a clue what could be causing it.
The itching is not related to bumps (I don't have DH)--it occurs on the
palms of my hands and in my scalp as well as generally on my back and arms
and legs.   It seems to be particularly bad within about 3 hours after
eating GF products that contain xanthan gum.  Have any of you experienced
this reaction?
