i just wanted to share an experience i recently had with Disney world. i
spent a week there with my family. my daughter who is 3, is the celiac.
before we left i spoke with various chefs at all the parks we would be
attending and restaurants we would be eating at. each assured me that they
could prepare her a special meal. to my surprise and enthusiasm, each chef
outdid the next, special deserts, to Mickey mouse pancakes. the joy on her
face to have something special prepared for her was wonderful.
