as a new reader of the list i find it interesting to follow the discussion
about list of foods to avoid.

i can remember having this same discussion about 18 years ago at the old
midwest celiac conventions in des moines ia.

it seems that it is the same old argument with each side having some good and
bad points.

there should be a committee of members from all organizations to finally come
out with come recommendations that everyone can agree on and which will
include all points of view
