I had to write and tell my biopsy experience. It was very unlike
Manfred's.

Mine was done in a hospital setting several years ago. The procedure
had been explained and I opted for total sedation - i.e. asleep.

It was done with no knowledge of discomfort on my part. When I awoke, I
rested awhile before heading out to lunch with my husband. I had no
residual discomfort at all. So I highly recommend this way to go.

Manfred's experience gave me the shivers and made me doubly glad of my
decision.

Thanks.
