In my summary of the cold noodle salads I had included an excerpt from someone's post. It talked about making a cold cucumber salad and that the recipe was used in a cooking class.  Unfortunately I erased the original email and do not know who sent it.  But I have had numerous requests for this recipe.  So, if the person with this recipe could post it to the list at large I'm sure it would be well received. 
   
  also I received many replies to my summary that tinkyada reheats like new.  I agree with this and do use Tinkyada for regular cooking.  But my request was for pasta that tasted good cold.
