   I have been longing to go vegitarian for a long time, but have always felt
that a GF vegi. diet would be too difficult to maintain, and might be
nutitionally unsound.

        Are there any GF Vegitarians out there who have mademit work, and might
like to give me some advice (possibly in the form of recipes?)
