On an earlier post I asked if any of the experts on the list were familiar with 
the product DPV IV Forte. Just a further clarification, it is touted as an 
enzyme to be used in cases of accidental gluten exposure. Any data to back 
this? Experience with it? Risks? Usefulness? Thanks for any input. Amy
