I have recently been diagnosed with CD and as having a casein intolerance.

There is a paucity of GF (and CF ) recipe books at our library and local book
stores and I am hesitant to buy books sight unseen.

I've been reading reviews on GF cookbooks on Amazon and most of them
look as if they are books on baking.

I don't want to duplicate a gluten rich diet as I never ate that before. I am just
looking for a cookbook or two that focuses on unrefined, healthy recipes that
happen to be GFCF. I want to avoid grains if at all possible.

Any recommendations? I also need a recipe for challah. I only eat bread once
a week and would appreciate a good GF challah recipe. Do I need to use a
bread machine to make a GF challah? I've always made my regular challah by
hand.

Thanks
Sherene in Norfolk
