I also had a poor experience with a Kraft consumer affairs
representative.  Again, she would not answer any questions about product
specifics or provide a gluten free list of any kind.  Of all of the
companies I have ever talked to, Kraft was by far the most unhelpful.

When I told her that, as a result of their lack of information, all of
the people with my condition would be unable to purchase Kraft products,
that I had access to an electronic mailing list of over 1000 of us, and
that I would happily spread the word that Kraft didn't want our
business, she didn't seem to care.
