Since I became a diagnosed celiac a few years back, I have been eating Ener-G
GF breads; while they will never replace "breads I have known" in earlier
years, they were adequate.

In the last few months, I have been having more difficulty digesting these
breads; and have been more uncomfortable after ingesting them. Our health
food store personnel told us that Ener-G had changed the formula, primarily
to lengthen storage life without molds et al. Has anyone else had this
trouble with these products?

If there are other breads out there that would be acceptable, please advise.
We do NOT bake -- no time for that. So that is not the answer to our
problem.

Thanks in advance for you advice.
