Hello, Listmates:

I'm ecstatic.  I've just found a place in my hometown where a regular bakery
has teamed up with an outside baker to bring us gluten free baked goods.

The Grainless Baker,  namely Dan & Jane Trygar, take orders through the
Minooka Bakery on Pittston Ave and deliver the goods which are made in their gluten
free home and delivered to the Minooka Bakery within the next day or two.

This is great and even the young man who works in the Minooka Bakery said
that they have gluten free pizza on Saturdays and when he tried it, it was great.

Hopefully, this will help those in our area to find those items that we
really can miss.
