So far, I got this recipe from someone, which can help nail down quantities, plus some comments.

2 C. cranberries, chopped or 1 package
2 C. oranges, wedges cut up or chopped
2 C. apples, chopped
1/2 C. sugar

Also, I watched the food network today, and of course, the shows were predominantly about Thanksgiving. Their recipes are online. www.foodtv.com

I stand corrected. I said coconuts are high in cholesterol. Vegetable products do not contain cholesterol. Only animal products do. But coconut is high in saturated fat. My poor choice of words was due to the fact that both contribute to our own cholesterol levels.

Also, I said the relish was sweet without sugar. The fruits do have sugar inherently in them, but I meant that fruit was enough, so no additional sugar was needed.

Everyone who corrected me was gracious in doing so. I appreciate that. We all want to be educated consumers and not perpetuate misstatements.

Thank you. Lin
