I saw at Sam's Warehouse Club a huge jar of Zatarain's Seasoned Fish-fri made
in New Orleans, Louisiana. The ingredients look like they could be gf:
enriched corn flour, salt, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, MSG, black pepper, and
garlic. Has anyone already checked with the manufacturer to verify the gf
status? Any other breading I have seen at the stores always had some sort of
wheat flour in it.
