Since we have recently been discussing reactions to accidental ingestion of
gluten I have been wondering if there are others who have no detectable
reactions to gluten. I am a  29 year old biopsy diagnosed celiac who also
has IBS. My villi are completely back to normal now after being on a GF diet
for the last 2 years.  I would have no idea if I accidentally ingested
something containing a small amount of gluten. In fact I could probably eat
a whole bag of Oreo cookies and feel fine. Are there any others out there
that have no apparent reactions to gluten?
