One person wrote she started with a 27% bone loss. After one year on
myacalcin she had only a 3% loss.
Another wrote that she's been gluten free for 3 years. When she was first
diagnosed she was just starting to be osteopenia. She took evista for 2
years and stopped because of hot flashes.

After being tested again she was beginning osteoporosis. She had also been
taking calcium and vitamin D supplements. She's now taking Actonel once
weekly without any side effects.

Another was taking 2 medications for osteoporosis and both helped steadly
over the past few years.
The one that made the most difference was HRT and also Miacalin.

Another stressed taking Calcium and vitamin D. She is also taking fosomax.
She found that fosomax made her chest tighten up.

Another warned about anti-osteoporosis medications and jaw necrosis. she
wound not take any due to the side effects ot them. she suggested taking
Tri-boron Plus by twoin labs, citical plus, osteoprime forte by phytopharmic (or
Enzmatic Therapy, same company)

Someone referred me to the following article:Osteopenia
http:www.rad.washington.edu/mskbook/osteopenia.html

I hope this is helpful. Lorraine
