Sooooooo many people asked about a low-carb website that it seemed a
good idea to post it to the list.

Please be assured that I am not advocating this (have absolutely no
credentials in the health care field), but have been investigating and
seeking other's opinions.  My opinion (and it is OPINION only) is that
it makes some sense for me, and I'm going to try it.  This is not
(entirely) a vanity issue.  I'm 54 and hate how heavy this extra 20+ lbs
feels to carry around.
