I was wondering if you can freeze cooked fish. I make other types of "frozen dinners" for myself but I've never tried to freeze a flounder/sole type fish. Has anyone ever done it? I find that because I get home from work so late, I don't have time to cook (which I usually love to do) and I wind up eating unhealthy and fattening food.
Also, are mushrooms GF? Someone told me that they didn't think they are.
