I use white corn tortillas for many things, my favorite is on hamburgers as
a substitute for the bun.  my favorite are Guerrero brand tortillas
available at both the heb and wal-marts where I live- but make sure not to
get the yellow ones they have a much stronger and not as good flavor in my
opinion, and the white ones hold together better as well.
I also use these to wrap around hot dog weiners, which makes a very quick
lunch or snack and you can use a toothpick to hold it together or melt
cheese inside of it. yum!
