I also saw the Celiac Story on Channel 1 and they mentioned a number with

I agree the website had great info and recipes. It also gives you a chance to
order food online.

This evening as I was surfing Channel 1, the cable news station was
doing a story on celiac.  A dr metnioned that since it is genetic, it
can show itself at any time of life.  He stated that the oldest patient
he diagnosed was in her 80's.
