Hello all..

I've looked in the archives for mention of gastritis and Celiac but
haven't come across anything that answers my questions. If I'm
suffering from a lot of stress (when it rains it pours *chuckle*) or eat
something that doesn't seem to agree with me (having rechecked, the
foods are definitely gluten-free), I start feeling like I have a hot
burning rock in the duodenal area. This was diagnosed as gastritis.
I'm looking for advice from anyone who gets similar pain as to what they
take to alleviate it. I am on a few medications (Robinul & Prilosec,
both checked by my pharmacist to be gluten-free), but when a flare-up is
horrible, I'd like to know if there's something that would soothe it
quickly. When I speak with my gastroenteronoligst, I'd like to be able
to mention what others have found helpful.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated!
