Sorry to disagree with Lyle's post, but the latest Food List (valid to
April '98) published by the UK Coeliac Society lists the following
sauces as GLUTEN-FREE :

Page 105 = Lea & Perrins :

1. Chilli & Garlic Sauce
2. Coriander, Coconut & Lime Marinade
3. Garlic Sauce
4. Ginger Sauce
5. Honey Rich Baste 'n' Grill
6. Mediterranean Mixed Herbs Sauce
7. Rich 'n' Spicy Baste 'n' grill
8. Sun-dried Tomato & Herb Marinade
9. Tikka Sizzler Baste 'n' Grill
10. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Please note : We have two copies of the Food List and keep them
updated at every oportunity (updates published on BBC2 teletext
monthly). I will gladly answer any queries about foods within the List
(ie if they are listed or not).

Neither I nor my husband are connected with any food producer, but
Graham is a Coeliac.
