Hi all!
I thought that the group would be interested in my experiences so far with booking a cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line. I'll update when the cruise is over with how everything went. 

I am taking a Norwegian cruise at the end of May. When I contacted Norwegian about a gluten free diet, they sent me a list of all of the potential GF specialty foods that they could have onboard for me. You can order any combination you want, even one of everything if you choose to. I selected the items I wanted from the list and sent it back to them - they need the list a minimum of 30 days before you sail. It's "been forwarded to the ship" and everything should be set for me cruise. I was told to check in with the Maitre 'd or restaurant manager when I board, but other than that, everything is supposed to be set.
