I've been using Carol Fenster's excellent recipe for corn bread for a
number of years now (in our bread machine) and highly recommend it (and her
book, Wheat Free Recipes and Menus).

The recipes for "regular" breads (e.g., white and pumpernickel)
are equally good, but they do make use of yeast, and that yeast seemed
to cause some oral yeast infections. So I've stayed with the corn bread,
which is a quick-bread recipe, depending on bakers soda and powder for rising.

Does anyone know of any other good quickbread recipes suitable for
bread
machines or any good sources?
