LAST CHANCE!

We're close to standing room only, so if you were thinking of attending the
Gluten-Free Living conference in Philadelphia at the end of the month, this
is your last chance to sign up.

The conference is called How to Live a Happy, Healthy Gluten-Free Life, and
it' s designed to help you learn to love gluten-free living. You'll hear
about the disease itself, the diet in all it's demanding splendor, nutrition
from a gluten-free perspective, how to handle raising a celiac child and much
more. In addition, you'll spend a delightful weekend in Philadelphia, eat
only GF food, and meet many other people like yourself who cope with their
new lifestyle. Some details:

The dates: August 23-25.
The place: The Westin Hotel in downtown Philadelphia
The speakers: Alessio Fasano, MD, on the basics of celiacs disease
Nancy Patin Falini, RD, on the basics of the
gluten-free diet
Bette Hagman on gluten-free kitchen basics
Danna Korn on the ABCs of raising GF kids, shopping and
coping
Ann Whelan on suspicious ingredients and diet
perspective
Bob Levy on the basics of eating out

plus workshops on DH, IDDM, prescriptions, emotions and
more..

And, of course, there will be plenty of gluten-free vendors. You'll get to
taste samples, ask questions on the spot, and collect take-home goodies.
Everything is designed to help you learn how to live a happy, healthy
gluten-free life -- and to have a good time while you're learning.
