Listmates,

Peet's coffee shops now have flavorings that can be added to
the espresso bar drinks.  Their syrups are Monin brand.

I sent email to the company to verify the gluten free status of the
syrups and received this response:


Alene,

Monin does not use any type of grain ingredient in their products.  We do
add color to some of our syrups and our O'Free Syrups contain CMC  Gum for
thickening. We are aware that some people with Celiac disease are sensitive
to coloring additives in products depending on the severity of the
condition.
