Yes, enhanced white converted rice can contain a barley additive. At home,
I use unenhanced sweet (sticky) or glutinous rice; However, I was sitting
not eating at a Thai restaurant with my family and noticed sweet rice
dessert on the menu but the waitress didn't know if the sweet rice was
enhanced. Has anyone researched whether enhanced sweet rice may contain
gluten? Thanks, Laura
