Sorry folks, I didn't intend to imply that I had a list that would be good for
everyone, so I don't want to start e-mailing it around.  The list is limited to
items my family buys and brands that I recognize as being available in the
stores where we shop.  It also contains a fair amount of short-hand that
I doubt we mean much to anyone.  I only intended to share what I had
found to be a way of dealing with the GF shopping learning curve.  I think
every new celiac ought to start with one of the published lists (like I said,
I have Tri-Cities) and build their own shopping list from there.
