Good news!!  We were at the Banff Springs and Jasper Park Lodge July-August 1996
and I spent some time with the new chef and shared my celiac diet cards. He
was very helpful and fixed me some great dinners and it sounds like he has
expanded from there!!!

This reinforces our desire and need to communicate with others about our gf
diet . There are caring partners out there.
