Hi Mates:

My friend, who I am sure is Celiac, just went to her PCP and he
ordered a blood panel. She avoids gluten but isn't completely GF.
He wants her to start eating more gluten for 5 days prior to the
blood letting (LOL). Does this sound accurate to all of you? Should
it be longer? I know according to Dr. Peter - to get an accurate
endoscopy, he believes that you should be consuming gluten for 30
days prior.

thanks,

Yvonne
