As we begin a new year I reflect upon the past year which has been quite eventful for my family. My 3 year-old daughter and I were both diagnosed with Celiac in March and April of last year. Although it was wonderful to finally get an accurate diagnosis after so many months of sickness for myself, the diagnosis involved quite a life change, as I'm sure you all understand. I then had my daughter tested as I was sure she also had CD from her symptoms. Her diagnosis was even more overwhelming than my own. Although my husband and family have been very supportive and positive, it was through the wealth of information and advice from all of you wonderful people on this listserve that I truly learned how to deal with our new lifestyle. We live in a rural area with no support group and I know of only one other person with CD who is much older. Your information has been invaluable and very helpful. A great big thank you to you all. May the new year bring good health and continued healing for you all.

Live well and be healthy
